Major renovation of the educational and rehabilitation space for people with visual impairments “Trinity Hub”

Trinity HUB became the first rehabilitation educational center in which our Solidarity foundation took part.
During active hostilities, the issue of rehabilitation for people with visual impairments in Ukraine has become even more acute — the number of people losing their sight is increasing.
That is why the center’s team approached Solidarity with a request for support in arranging the space.

The founders of the center initiated the cooperation themselves, and our team immediately supported the idea.
The foundation contributed to a complete renovation of the space, focusing on creating an inclusive environment for rehabilitation and social and everyday adaptation.

It is now a fully equipped mini-apartment with a kitchen, fitted with everything needed for daily living skills training — a stove, refrigerators, ironing board, and more. The adjacent rooms were designed taking into account different users’ needs: people with visual impairments and wheelchair users. The space includes tactile elements, adapted furniture placement, easy access to equipment, and barrier-free navigation.

Inclusive sanitary facilities were also installed, equipped for people with various types of disabilities.

Trinity HUB has become a space for comprehensive rehabilitation and social adaptation for people with visual impairments.
The project creates conditions for restoring independence, confidence, and everyday autonomy for beneficiaries.
It also serves as an environment demonstrating what inclusive housing can look like and how everyday spaces can be adapted without complex reconstruction — a practical example for families and professionals.
